What materials do you use in your jewellery?

We use only high-quality materials including sterling silver, 9ct and 18ct gold, and genuine gemstones. All our pieces come with authenticity guarantees.

Do you provide certificates for your gemstones?

Yes, all our diamond and precious gemstone pieces over a certain value come with certificates of authenticity from recognised gemmological institutes.

Sizing & Fitting

How do I know my ring size?

We recommend visiting our store for professional sizing. 

Can you resize rings?

Most rings can be resized within 2-3 sizes. Some designs with stones around the band may have limitations. Contact us for specific advice.

Care & Maintenance

How should I care for my jewellery?

Store pieces separately in soft pouches, avoid contact with chemicals and perfumes, and clean gently with appropriate jewellery cleaners. We offer professional cleaning services.

Do you offer repair services?

Yes, we provide comprehensive repair services including stone replacement, chain repair, and restoration. Contact us for a quote.

Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We always aim for next day delivery if the order comes in before 2pm. 

Do you ship internationally?

No.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If you wish to return an item, you must return the item within 14 days of its receipt and include any packaging and a copy of your paper invoice.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT THEY WERE SHIPPED OR NO REFUND/EXCHANGE WILL BE ISSUED.

Due to Health & Hygiene Regulations we are UNABLE to take any returns or exchanges for Earrings
